This is the 1st part of the year long class. In this class we will look at the history of the American continents through four different eras.
1) Its originally peopling thousands of years ago to the evolution of cultures.
2) The rise of civilizations and empires in Meso-America and South America.
3) The “Age of Discovery and Exploration” from an Indigenous perspective.
4) The battle for North America between the French and English ultimately going into the formation of the United States.
